Responsibilities:
  • Remove impediments to help the team deliver the sprint goal
  • Assist product owners in manageing stakeholder expectations
  • Schedule scrum meetings such as spring planning, spring demos, and spring restrospectives
  • Facilitate daily scrum meeting and review Burndown charts with the teams
  • Assist product owners with backlog grooming
  • Adress issues with scrum processes
  • Coach and mentor team members in scrum process
Required skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years as Scrum Master
  • Solid experience in developing and implementing new processes and refining existing processes
  • CSM or PMP certification required
  • Computer Engineering/Computer Science degree or equivalent

  • Cultivate new business through our channel partners
  • Onboard new channel partners to generate sales in their territory.
  • Strong account management, customer service, sales, prospecting, and closing skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills both in person and virtually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Phone presence
  • Energetic
  • Proven track record in inside sales with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Successful quota-carrying experience within inside corporate sales
  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, punctual, and must be able to keep up-to-date records on accounts and opportunities
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to successfully own and grow a territory/region
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and execute upon a detailed territory plan
  • Penetrate and prospect targeted channel partners for new business
  • Accurately manage new business pipeline daily and maintain regular contact with all open new business opportunities
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all leads
  • Conduct daily call campaigns to Reseller accounts in your territory to drive new business sales.
  • Take the initiative to thoroughly learn the market (competitors, products, and services available)
  • Use knowledge of company products and services to provide channel partners with information and promote product sales
  • Conducts/coordinates product training for channel partner representatives
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all Customer inquiries and resolve any customer issues.
